Using the menus
This phone offers a range of functions that allow
you to tailor the phone to your needs. These
functions are arranged in menus and submenus.
They can be accessed by scrolling or by using the
shortcuts.
Accessing a menu function by
scrolling
1. In Standby mode, press the Menu soft key to
access Menu mode.
2. Scroll using the Navigation keys to reach the
main menu, for example,
Settings . Press the
OK key to enter the menu.
3. If the menu contains any submenus, for
example,
Others , find the one you want by
scrolling using the Navigation keys. Press the
OK key to enter the submenu.
If the menu you have selected contains
submenus, repeat this step.
4. Scroll using Up or Down key to find the setting
of your choice.
5. Press the OK key to confirm the chosen
setting.
Notes :
• You can return to the previous menu level by
pressing
the BACK key .
• You can exit the menu without changing the menu
settings by pressing the END key .

Using shortcuts
The menu items, such as menus, submenus, and
setting options, are numbered and can be
accessed quickly by using their shortcut numbers.
Note : The numbers assigned to each menu function
are indicated on the list. See the next page.
1. In Standby mode, press the Menu soft key to
access Menu mode.
2. Enter the first digit of the shortcut number.
Repeat this for each digit of the shortcut
number.
3. Scroll using the Navigation keys to select the
setting of your choice.
4. Press the OK key to confirm the chosen
setting.
