Additional programs
To take a namecard,
1. From the Today screen, tap
Start →
Programs → Smart Reader .
2. Center the namecard within the
frame.
3. Press [Camera] or the trackpad to
take the photo.
Your device recognises the namecard
and converts it to contact card
format.
4. Tap
Save to save the contact card.
To take a document,
1. From the Today screen, tap
Start →
Programs → Smart Reader .
2. Tap to take the photo of the
document.
3. Center the document.
4. Press [Camera] or the trackpad to
take the photo.
5. Tap
Save to save the photo as a Word
document.
• Hold the device firmly while taking
the namecard or document.
• Be careful not to let any shadows on
the namecard or document.
• Place the namecard or document on
level, evenly lit place and
photograph it.
• Depending on the shooting
environment, the result of the
namecard or document conversion
may not be satisfying.
