Data Sense
This app finds more efficient ways to use cellular data (such as
only downloading certain data while connected to Wi-Fi) and
displays your usage.
1. From the Home screen, touch ➔ Data Sense .
2. View the overview menu to see your data plan’s allowance
remaining, and the days left on your data plan before it
resets.
Note: This usages is measured by your phone. Your carrier’s data
usage measurement may differ.
3. View the usage menu to see total data usage (both cellular
and Wi-Fi), and the amount of data usage each app has
used.
4. Touch options ➔ map nearby Wi-Fi to discover nearby
Wi-Fi hotspots .
5. Touch to configure Data Sense settings. For more
information, refer to “Data sense” on page 97.
Games
You can shop for new games, install games you buy on your
phone, and play them with the Games feature.
Accessing Games
To access the Games feature:
1. From the Home screen, touch Games .
– or –
From the Home screen, touch ➔ Games .
2. Sweep your screen to the right or left to view the following
menus:
• collection : Allows you to get more games. Any games you have
acquired and installed are also listed.
•Xbox : Allows you to Join Xbox Live to play with friends and displays
your Xbox Live player ID. You can also use Xbox Smartglass, and
access the Games Store.
•requests : Once you have joined Xbox Live, this screen displays any
game invitations or turn notifications. It also allows you to play a
game and invite others to play it with you.
• spotlight : Displays links to Xbox LIVE websites once you have
joined Xbox LIVE.
