Final power up procedure
To prepare the Indoor BTS for commissioning, repower all the racks
using the procedures described in the section "Power-up the rack"
earlier in this chapter. After all racks are powered, complete the
appropriate boxes on the Indoor BTS Installation Record.
The Installation Manager must sign-off on the installation at this
point.
Then continue with the next chapter, "Completion".
