1) Press Transfer button and enter 103.

Display shows:

[201] ANS MODE

RING MODE

2) Dial phone number.(e.g., 205)

OR

[205] ANS MODE

RING MODE

Press Volume button to select phone and

press Right Soft button to move cursor.

OR

Select all phones.

[ALL] ANS MODE

?

3) Dial 0, 1 or 2 to change ring mode.

OR

[205] ANS MODE

VOICE ANNOUNCE

Press Volume button to select ring mode and

press Right Soft button to return to step 2 above.

4) Press Transfer button to save and exit.

OR

Press Speaker button to save and advance to

next MMC.
