Erase Messages

Erase Messages

You can erase all of the messages in each your folders

from one convenient location.

Note: This function erases all messages in the selected folder. To delete a

single message, open the folder from the Message menu, then delete the

message from the Option menu while viewing the message content.

1. In standby mode, press the Down navigation key, then

press for Erase Msg. The following options appear

in the display:

䢇 Voice — Deletes all Voice Mailbox log entries.

䢇 In Box — Deletes all messages stored in the Inbox.

䢇 Out Box — Deletes all messages stored in the Outbox.

䢇 Draft — Deletes all messages stored in the Draft folder.

䢇 All Messages — Deletes all messages stored in all of the

message folders.

2. Use the navigation keys to highlight the folder containing

the messages that you wish to delete.

3. Press the key. You’re prompted to confirm the

erasure of all messages in the selected folder or in all

folders.

4. Use the navigation keys to highlight Yes or No, then

press the key.
