The time can be displayed in either the 12-hour or 24-hour notation. Becoming familiar with a new appliance always takes a little time. If you have any of the problems listed below, try the solutions given. You can choose between six power levels.

Using the Samsung Crust plate helps to gain a crispy cookde result of your food. The best way to clean the crust plate is to wash it with hot water and detergent. Then rinse if off with clean water.

Preheat crusty plate with the 600W + Grill-function for 5 Min. and follow the times and instructions in the table. The microwave mode is not used. You can set the temperature, as required, in a range varying from 40°C to 250°C in eight preset levels. The maximum cooking time is 60 minutes. The grill enables you to heat and brown food quickly, without using EN microwaves.

You should, however, use only cookware that you would use in your normal oven. Microwave-safe containers are not usually suitable for convection cooking; don’t use plastic containers, dishes, paper cups, towels, etc.

No preheating is required as the microwave energy is immediately available. Many foods can be cooked in combination mode, particularly: • Roast meats and poultry • Pies and cakes • Egg and cheese dishes Open the door . First clean the oven interior. You can switch the beeper off whenever you want. 1. Press the Fast Preheat( ) and Microwave Grill( ) buttons at the same time (about one second). Result: The oven does not beep to indicate the end of a function.

Care must therefore be taken when choosing the cookware. If the cookware is marked microwave-safe, you do not need to worry. The following table lists various types of cookware and indicates whether and how they should be used in a microwave oven.

The microwaves cause the molecules in the food to move rapidly. The rapid movement of these molecules creates friction and the resulting heat cooks the food. Use a suitable glass pyrex bowl with lid. The times in the chart consider liquids with a room temperature of about +18 to +20°C or a chilled food with a temperature of about +5 to +7°C.

Cover with plastic lid. Heat for 30-40 seconds using 900 W, until butter is melted.
