17 OBJECTS AND LIQUIDS
Never push objects of any kind into this DVD through
openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short out a
part that could result in a fire or electric shock
Never spill liquids of any kind onto the DVD Should spillage
occur unplug untt and have it checked by a technlctan before use

Do not attempt to service this DVD yourself Opening or
remowng covers may expose you to dangerous voltage or other
hazards
Refer all servicing to quahfled servEce personnel
19 DAMAGE REQUIRING SERVICE
Unplug this DVD from the wall outlet and refer servicing to
qualified service personnel under the following conditions
a When the power-supply cord or plug ts damaged
b If any hquld has been spilled onto or objects have fallen tnto the
DVD
c If the DVD has been exposed to rain or water
d If the DVD does not operate normally by following the
operating instructtons adjust only those controls that are covered by
the operating instructions improper adlustment of other controls
may result m damage and will often require extenstve work by a
quahfled techntotan to restore the DVD to tts normal operation
e If the DVD has been dropped or the cabinet has been
damaged
f When the DVD exhblts a distract change m performance

When replacement parts are requ.ed be sure the service technician
has used replacement parts specified by the manufacturer and hawng
the same charactenst=cs as the ongmal part
