Watch a Different Channel
Prea_;the TV/VCR hutton on the remote to switch to
your TV toner, then select a difl_'n'nt channel on
your television.
Watch a different media during
recording
Ibu can watch DVD during VCR recoMmg or watch
Video tape during DVD recording.
• During VCR recoMing, insert a DVD in the DVD
deck. Tire output will automatically change to the
DVD arm start playback.
• During DVD recording, insert a Video tape in the
VCR deck. The output ;','ill automatically change
to the VCR and star/playback. (C)nly if tape is
missing the safi'ty tab)
Add Recording Time
Refer to the One-Touch R_'cording (OTR).
Recording DVD and VCR at the
same time
Ibu can n'cord DVD arm VCR at tire same time, hut
both modes must be set up to record separately
• Press tire DVD/VCR button to set the unit to DVD
or VCR mode.
• Chunk' Line itrput mode (Ch, Linel, Line2 or DV).
for DVD or VCR.
• Choose REC mode for DVD or VCR.
• Press REC button for DVD or VCR.

Set Record Speed
Press tire REC SPEED hutton Oil the remote corrtrol
to set the Record Speed to one of tire following
options:
• SP - StandaM Play, for best pictmv qnalit}:
• SLP - Super Long Pla}: for maximum recoMmg
time (3 times SP).
