When you scan through the stored channels, those that you have chosen to skip are thus not displayed. All channels that you do not specifically choose to skip are displayed during scanning. 1 Press the MENU button. It can, however, still be switched on via the remote control. Thus, by keeping the remote control away from unauthorised users, such as children, you can prevent them from watching unsuitable programme.

Press the INFO button to display the information. To remove the information from the screen, press the INFO button again. ➢ When a tray is present in the DVD, even if it is stopped, the same information is displayed in television mode as in the DVD mode.

You must also set the time if you wish to use the automatic on or off timers. C19A_ENG_03185A 12/19/03 8:47 AM Page 29 Switching the Television On and Off Automatically ENG You can set the On/Off timers so that the television will: ◆ Switch on automatically and tune to the channel of your choice at the time you select ◆ Switch off automatically at the time you select ➣ The first step is to set the television’s clock (refer to “Setting the Current Date and Time” on page 28). If you have not yet set the clock, you can not set the timers.

Result: 2 The current page counter is incremented and the page is then displayed. If the selected page is linked with several secondary pages, the secondary pages are displayed in sequence.

INPUT 1 Select the LIST mode using the Result: ➣ OPEN/CLOSE 52 button. Four 3-digit numbers are displayed in different colours.
