Filter assembly
For best performance and results, the lter assembly must be cleaned. The lter efciently
removes food particles from the wash water, allowing it to be recirculated during a cycle.
For this reason, it is a good idea to remove the larger food particles trapped in the lter
after each wash cycle by rinsing the semicircular lter and cup under running water. To
remove the lter assembly, turn it counterclockwise, and then lift the lter assembly up.
The entire lter assembly should be cleaned regularly.
To clean the coarse lter and the ne lter, use a cleaning brush. Then, reinsert the entire
assembly in the dishwasher. Position it in its seat, press downward, and then turn it
clockwise.
Open
The dishwasher must never be used without the lters. Improper replacement of the lter
may reduce the performance level of the dishwasher and damage dishes and utensils.
WARNING
Never run the dishwasher without the lters in place. When cleaning the lters, do not
damage them. Damaged lters may not perform as intended, causing poor wash results or
damage to internal parts of the dishwasher.
