When the following error messages appear, try these remedies.
Error messages Suggested remedies
Lens is locked
The lens is locked. Rotate the lens counter-clockwise
until you hear a click. (p. 46)
Card Error
Turn o your camera, and then turn it on again.
Remove your memory card and insert it again.
Format your memory card.
Low Battery
Insert a charged battery or recharge the battery.
No Image File
Capture photos or insert a memory card that contains
photos.
File Error
Delete the damaged le or contact a service center.
Memory Full
Delete unnecessary les or insert a new memory card.
Card Locked
You can lock SD, SDHC, SDXC, or UHS-1 card to
prevent les from being deleted. Unlock the card
when shooting. (p. 173)

Turn o your camera and remount the lens. If the
