Accessory Settings for Call
The Accessory Settings feature allows you to assign headset settings during incoming calls.
Automatic answering configures the phone to automatically answer an incoming call
when a headset is detected.
Automatic answering timer configures the time delay before the phone automatically
accepts the incoming call.
Outgoing call conditions lets you choose whether or not to be able to make outgoing
calls using a headset even when the phone is locked.
My Call Sound
This option allows you to personalize the sounds you hear during a call with and without
earphones.
1. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
2. Tap My call sound and choose from the following:
My call sound settings: Choose from Off, Soft sound, Clear sound, Optimized
for left ear, or Optimized for right ear.
Personalize call sound: Select this option and follow the prompts to customize your
call sound settings.
Use Extra Volume for Calls
This feature places an extra volume button on your currently active call screen.
1. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
2. Tap Use extra vol. for calls to activate the feature (a green checkmark appears in the
adjacent field).
Increase Volume in Pocket
This feature increases the ringtone volume when the phone is in a pocket or a bag. Uses the
proximity sensor to detect its location.
1. Press , tap , and then tap > Call settings.
2. Tap Increase volume in pocket to activate the feature (a green checkmark appears in
the adjacent field).
