The Now playing screen contains several buttons that you can tap
to control the playback of songs, albums, and playlists:
Creating a Playlist
1. From a Home screen, tap ( Apps ) ➔ ( Music ).
2. Tap an album or song list and play a song.
3. Tap ( Menu ) ➔ Add to playlist ➔ New playlist .
4. Tap the NAME field to enter a name for the playlist.
5. Tap OK to save the new playlist.
Adding Songs to Playlists
1. From a Home screen, tap ( Apps ) ➔ ( Music ).
2. Tap an album or song list and play a song.
3. Tap ( Menu ) ➔ Add to playlist .
Playing a Playlist
1. From a Home screen, tap ( Apps ) ➔ ( Music ).
2. Display the Playlists library view.
3. Tap next to a playlist title and tap Play .
Deleting a Playlist
1. From a Home screen, tap ( Apps ) ➔ ( Music ).
2. Display the Playlists library view.
3. Tap next to a playlist title and tap Delete .
When Shuffle mode is enabled, songs play in
random order. When disabled, songs play in the
order they appear in List view.
Tap to pause playback.
Tap to resume playback
Tap to advance to the next song. Touch and hold to
scan forward through the current song.
Tap to go back to the previous song. Touch and hold
to scan backward through the current song.
Tap to repeat the current song, repeat all songs, or
disable repeat mode.
