Identify your new work email account with a unique name
(Ex: Work), then tap
Done
. The device communicates with
the appropriate server to set up your account and
synchronize your email. When complete, your email
appears in the Inbox for the account.

To configure email account settings at any time, tap (

Adding Additional Email Accounts
1. From a Home screen, tap (
Apps
)
(
Email
).
2. Tap (
Menu
)
Settings
Add account.
3. Enter the
Email address
,
Password
, and so on.
Composing and Sending Email
1. From a Home screen, tap (
Apps
)
(
Email
).
2. Tap an account, if you have more than one account set up,
then tap
(
Compose
).
3. Enter the recipient’s email address in the
To
field.
If you are sending the email message to several recipients, separate
the email addresses with a comma. You can add as many message
recipients as you want.

Tap to add a contact to the field.
4. Tap the
Subject
field and enter the email subject.
5. Tap
+Me
to add yourself as a recipient.
– or –
Tap
+Cc/Bcc
to add additional carbon copy recipients.
Use the
Cc
field to carbon copy additional recipients.
Use the
Bcc
field to blind copy additional recipients.
6. Tap the email text field and compose your email message.
7. While composing a message, the following options are
displayed:
Priority
: Set the email priority. Options are: High, Normal, or
Low.
Security options
: Set the email security options. Options are:
Encrypt and Sign.
