Settings 105
Animation
Set the level of animations for transitions between screens.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Apps ➔
Settings ➔ Screen ➔ Animation .
2. Touch an option to select it.
Timeout
Set the length of delay between the last key press or screen
touch and the automatic screen timeout (dim, then lock).
1. From the Home screen, touch
Apps ➔
Settings ➔ Screen ➔ Timeout .
2. Touch a setting to select it.
Quick launch
Set the function for the multifunctional soft key, available on
the System bar next to the Back, Home, and Recent apps soft
keys.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Apps ➔
Settings ➔ Screen ➔ Quick launch .
2. Choose an option to select it.
Auto adjust screen power
Save power by allowing the device to analyze the display to
automatically adjust the LCD brightness.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Apps ➔
Settings ➔ Screen .
2. Touch
Auto adjust screen power to enable or disable the
feature.
Horizontal calibration
Adjust the calibration of the display.
1. From the Home screen, touch
Apps ➔
Settings ➔ Screen ➔ Horizontal calibration .
2. Place the device on a horizontal flat surface.
3. Touch
Calibrate , then avoid moving the device until
calibration completes.
