Camcorder Options
Use the shortcuts at the left side of the screen to set
camcorder options:
Flash
:
Choose Off or On.
Self-recording
: Switch to the front camera lens to record
yourself.
Recording mode
: Choose Limit for email, to restrict the
video to a size suitable for sending via email, or Normal for
regular recording.
Timer
: Set a timer for how long to wait before recording.
Options are: Off, 2 sec, 5 sec, and 10 sec.
Exposure value
:
Choose a value to set the brightness of the
video.
Settings

Edit shortcuts
: Configure the shortcuts on the Camera screen.

: Choose normal recording (any length), or limit
the recording so that it is suitable for attaching to an email.

: Choose a time period to delay between touching Record
and starting recording.
Effects
: Apply an effect to videos.
Resolution
: Choose a resolution for the video.
White balance
: Choose a setting to match the light source.
Outdoor visibility
: Enable or disable automatic adjustments for
typical outdoor conditions.
Guidelines
: Display a grid on the screen to aid in composing
videos.
Storage
: Set the default location for saving videos.
Reset
: Return all settings to their defaults.
