Section 9: Tools
Your phone provides Tools to help keep
you organized and informed.
Calendar
Schedule up to 8 events per day, with
alarms, to have your phone notify you
before an event begins.
1. From the home screen, press the
Left Soft Key Menu ➔
Tools ➔ Calendar .
2. While viewing the Calendar, press
the Right Soft Key Options for
options:
•Add New Event: Create a new calendar
event. For more information, see
“Adding an Event” on page 76.
•Add Special Occasion : Create a new
occasion event. See “Adding a Special
Occasion” on page 78.
•Go to Date : Go to a specific date on the
calendar.
•Go to Today : Go to today’s date on the
calendar.
•Erase Past : Delete all events prior to the
current date.
•Erase All : Delete all calendar events and
occasions.
