• Set the Recurrence , from Once , Daily ,
Weekly , Monthly or Yearly .
3. After setting Recurrence, press the
Left Soft Key Done to save the
event in your Calendar.
Adding a Special Occasion
1. From the home screen, press the
Left Soft Key Menu ➔
Tools ➔ Calendar .
The calendar displays, with the
current date highlighted.
2. Press the Right Soft Key Options
➔ Add Special Occasion. Enter
the details, pressing the Left Soft
Key Next after each entry.
Note: While entering event details, press
to go to the previous detail.
• Highlight an Occasion , from Birthday ,
Anniversary , Party or Other , then press
to enter a Note about the occasion.
For more information about entering text,
see “Entering Text” on page 45.
• Use the keypad to enter the Date , in
MM /DD/YYYY format.
• Use the keypad to enter the Time in
HH:MM format.
• Select an Ringer to choose how your
phone will notify you of the occasion:
– Tone : Highlight Tone and press to
choose a pre-loaded sound for the alert.
