Check the colour pattern on the screen to see if the problem still exists. ● Yes: If the test pattern does not appear or there is noise in the test pattern, select Yes. There may be a problem with the TV. Contact Samsung’s call centre for assistance. ● No: If the test pattern is properly displayed, select No. There may be a problem with your external equipment.

The index page of the Teletext service gives you information on how to use the service. In addition, you can select various options to suit your requirements by using the remote control buttons. N For Teletext information to be displayed correctly, channel reception must be stable. Otherwise, information may be missing or some pages may not be displayed.
