Cooking Guide for fresh vegetables
Use a suitable glass pyrex bowl with lid. Add 30-45 ml cold water (2-3 tbsp) for every

Hint: Cutthefreshvegetablesintoevensizedpieces.Thesmallertheyarecut,
the quicker they will cook.
