It also allows you to pause the oven’s cooking cycle, so that you can check the food. • Pause the oven during cooking: press Pause/Cancel once. To restart, press Start/Time Plus. • Stop cooking, erase instructions, and return the oven display to the time of day: press Pause/Cancel twice.

To thaw frozen food, set the weight of the food and the microwave automatically sets the defrosting time, power level and standing time. You can set multiple stages of cooking with your microwave. Your microwave allows you to set up to two different stages of cooking, each with its own time length and power level. The power level lets you control the heating intensity from Warm (1) to High (0).

It only works with Auto Reheat, Instant Cook and Time Cook mode. Use the More/Less button only after you have already begun cooking with one of these procedures. Food at the outside of the dish absorbs more energy and heats more quickly, so stir from the outside to the center. The oven will turn off when you open the door to stir your food.

After the final stage, small sections may still be icy; let them stand to continue thawing. Do not defrost until all ice crystals have thawed.
