Oven use
Using the my plate features
The My Plate features has two pre-programmed cooking times.
You do not need to set either the cooking times or the power level. You can adjust
the number of servings by pressing Up/Down button.
First, place the food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.

1. Press the My Plate button. Select the
type of food that you are cooking by
pressing Up/Down button. Press the
Select button.
1) Ready Meal (Chilled)
2) Vegetarian Meal (chilled)

2. Select the size of the serving by
Pessing Up/Down button. (Refer to the
table on the side.)

3. Press the START button.
Result: Cooking starts. When it has
nished.
1) The oven beeps 4 times.
2) The end reminder signal will beep
3 times (once every minute).
3) The current time is displayed
again.
NOTE
Use only recipients that are microwave-
safe.

Rinse sh and put on a ceramic plate, add 1 tbsp.
lemon juice. Cover with microwave cling lm. Pierce
lm. Put dish on turntable. Stand for 1-2 minutes.

(2 pcs.)
Rinse sh and put on a ceramic plate, add 1 tbsp.
lemon juice. Cover with microwave cling lm. Pierce

250 g Rinse prawns on a ceramic plate, add 1 tbsp. lemon
juice. Cover with microwave cling lm. Pierce lm.
Put dish on turntable. Stand for 1-2 minutes.

(1 sh)
Put 2 fresh whole sh into an ovenproof dish. Add
a pinch salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice and herbs. Cover
with microwave cling lm. Pierce lm. Put dish on
turntable. Stand for 2 minutes.
