Pleasenotethatevenifyouhavecopiedcondential
datatothePSD,theoriginalleisnotprotectedbythe
PSD.
Ifyouhavetore-registerasauserduetoaharddisk
drivefault,youcaninitializetheauthentication
informationsavedontheTPMchipandrecongureit.
When initializing a TPM chip, all authentication
information saved on the TPM chip is deleted.
Before
initialization,decryptallencryptedles.Ifyoudo
notdecrypttheles,youwillnotbeabletoaccessthe
encryptedlesafterinitialization.

accordingtothefollowingprocedures.
SelecttheStart > Computer > Conguration > Folder
and Search Options > View
tabandthenselectthe
Hidden les and folders option of the Hidden les and
folders item.
Select
Start > Computer
anddouble-clickDrive C:.
Double-click
theProgram Data
folderanddeletethe
Inneon
folder.
