4.7.BatteryUsetime

1)Generally,thebatteryusagetimeinadvertisementsbynotebookmanufacturersreferstothe

maximumbatteryusetime.Sincethesystemspecicationsandtheusageenvironmentmaydiffer,theuser'sbattery

usagetimemaydifferfromtheadvertisementevenifthereisnoproblemwiththesystem.

2)Conditionsforthecompany'smaximumbatteryusetime

•MinimumLCDbrightness,basesystem,thewirelessLANR/Fisturnedoff,BatteryManager-Maximum

BatteryMode.

•MeasuringTool:BatteryMarkv.4.0.1

3)Ifacustomercomplainsaboutthebatteryusagetime,letthemknowthatthebatteryusagetimemaydifferdepending

onthemodelspecicationsandtheusageenvironmentandrecommendthefollowingusageenvironmentforlonger

batterytime.

•Usethecompany'spower-savingprogram,BatteryManager,andsetBatteryManagertoMaximumBatteryMode.

•LCDbrightness:Settotheminimumlevelaslongastheuserdoesnotexperienceinconvenience.

•Disableunnecessarydevices:TurnthewirelessLANR/FswitchoffanddisableUSBdevices(DMB,ngerprint

recognitionandBluetooth)
