Recommendations for Use Teletext Feature Most television stations provide written information services via Teletext. The index page of the teletext service gives you information on how to use the service. In addition, you can select various options to suit your requirements by using the remote control buttons. NN For teletext information to be displayed correctly, channel reception must be stable. Otherwise, information may be missing or some pages may not be displayed.

Troubleshooting If the TV seems to have a problem, first try this list of possible problems and solutions. Problem Possible Solution Picture Quality First of all, please perform the Picture Test to confirm that your TV is properly displaying test image. * Go to Menu → Support → Self Diagnosis → Picture test If the test image is properly displayed, the poor picture may caused by the source or signal. TV image does not look as good as it did in the store.
Problem Possible Solution No Picture, No Video TV won't turn on. TV turns off automatically. No picture/Video. •• Make sure the AC power cord is plugged in securely to the wall outlet and the TV. •• Make sure the wall outlet is working. •• Try pressing the Power button on the TV to make sure the remote is working properly. If the TV turns on, it may be caused by Remote Control. To fix the Remote problem, refer to "Remote control does not work" below.
