LIMITED WARRANTY TO ORIGINAL PURCHASER
This SAMSUNG brand product, as supplied and distributed by SAM SUNG and delivered new , in the original carton
to the original
consumer purchase r, is warranted by SAMSUNG against manufacturing defects in materials and
workmanship for period of:

This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase, and is valid only on products purchased and used in
the United States. To receive warranty service, the purc haser must contac t SAMSUNG for problem determination and
service procedures.
Warranty service can only be performed by a SAMSUNG au thoriz ed serv ic e cente r. The original dated bill of sale must
be presented upon request as proof of purchase to SAMSUNG orSAMSUNG's authorized service center.
SAMSUNG will repair or replace this product, at our opti on and at no cha r ge as stipulated here in, with new or
reconditioned
parts or products if found to be defective during the limited warranty period spec ified above . All replaced
parts and products become the property of SAM SUNG and must be retu rn ed to SAMSUNG. R epla cement par ts a nd
products assume the remaining original warranty, or ninety (90) day s, w hi chever is long er.
Certain products are eligible for In - home se rvice at Samsung's discretion. To rec e iv e in-home se rvic e, the produ ct
must
be unobstructed and accessible to service perso n nel. If during in-home service, repair ca nnot be completed, it
may be necessary to remove, repair and return the product. If in-home se r vice is unavailable, SAMSUNG may elec t, at
our option, to provide for transportation of our
choice to and from a SAMSUNG authoriz ed ser v ic e center. Othe rwi se ,
transportation to
and from the SAM SUNG authoriz ed servic e cen ter is the respon sibility of the pur ch ase r.

his limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship encountered in normal, and
except to the extent otherwise expressly provided for in this statement, no ncommercial use of t his product, and shall
not apply to the following, including, but not limited to:
damage which occurs in shipment; delivery and installation;
applications
and us es fo r which this product was not intended; altered product or serial numbe rs ; cosmetic damag e
or ex teriorfinishes; accidents, abuse , neglect, fire, water, lightning or other acts of nature; use of produ c ts, equipme nt,
sy ste ms, utilities, se rvi ce s, parts, supplies, accessories , applications, installations, repairs, external wiring or connectors
not supplied or authori
ze d by SAM SUNG which dama ge this produ ct or result in servi ce problems; incorrect elec trical
line voltage, fluctuations
and surges; customer adjustments and failure to follow operating instructions, cleaning,
maintenance and environmental instructions that are covered and prescr i bed in the instruct io n book; reception
proble
ms and di stortion related to noise, echo, inter feren ce or other signa l transmiss ion and delivery problems;
brightness related
to no rmal aging, and, if the TV is us ed for comm ercial or non-normal consumer use , burned - in
images (a permanent def ec t in areas of a TV display that can be ca us ed by cumulative effects of displaying the same
image or scene forlong periods of time). S AMSUNG does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the
product.
