If the problem persists, check the video output settings in the settings menu of the external device, and ensure that
your TV supports the video output mode.
FHD TVs support up to 1080p video output, and UHD TVs support up to 2160p video output.

If the problem persists, and if your TV uses the One Connect Cable, disconnect and reconnect the One Connect Cable
to the TV and the One Connect (OC) Box. Ensure that the One Connect Cable is not pinched or bent sharply.

If no sound comes out of your Sound Bar, and if it is connected to the TV with an HDMI cable, check the HDMI (eARC)
connector on the back of the TV.
HDMI (ARC) is supported by some models. Check the HDMI port name of the purchased product's model.
