- What is Anynet+?
- Anynet+ does not work. The connected device is not displayed.
- I want to start Anynet+. I also want the connected devices to turn on when the TV is turned on.
- I want to exit Anynet+. It is inconvenient to turn on other devices because the TV also turns on. It is inconvenient because the connected devices (e.g. set-top box) turn off together.

when
installing

• Installation is
not
possible
if
a space greater
than
the
minimum
distance is required between
the
rear
of
your
TV
and
the
wall
(as
perpendicular cable connection is required,
for
example).
If
you
have purchased a separate
wall-mount
kit, a holder
that
allows you
to
leave a space up
to
15
mm
is supplied. Among
2021
TV
models,
the
AU7000 and Q80A cannot be
wall
mounted.
• When installing
the
wall
mount
bracket, use
the
supplied components.
• Make sure
to
confirm
that
the
wall
is
stable. The
TV
may
fall
if
the
wall
is weak.
• The user's manual and
the
supplied
wall-mount
kit
contents are applicable
to
walls made
of
common material (wood
or
concrete).
•
To
install
on
other
types
of
walls, use
of
special components or
wall
strengthening
work
is
required. Make sure
to
entrust the installation
to
a professional.
• When installing, removing or leveling
the
wall
mount, exercise caution
to
ensure
that
an
excessive force is
not
applied
to
the
TV
screen.
• Check your TV's model series. Then use
the
appropriate preparation methods
for
the
support
frames using
the
appropriate screws. Otherwise,
the
TV
may
fall
off
the
wall.
• When installing or removing
the
wall
mount
bracket, ensure
that
the
TV
is
off
and
at
least
two
persons work together.
If
the
TV
size is 82"
or
larger, ensure
that
at
least three persons work
together.
•
Do
not
install on an excessively
tilted
wall. The
TV
may
fall
off
the wall.
• When installing/removing
the
wall
mount, be careful
to
ensure
that
a cable
is
not
damaged.
Take extra care
to
not
step on a cable.
• The product or
wall
may become damaged
if
you use
an
excessive force when tightening screws.
• Actual
minimum
distance between
the
TV
and
wall
may increase by
2-3
mm
or more, depending
on
the
wall
condition and installation conditions.
• When installing
the
wall
mount,
if
the
TV
is too close
to
a wall, scratches may occur
on
the
back
of
the
TV
or
on
a wall.
•
If
you cannot adjust
the
horizontal level by using
the
horizontal adjustment function, check
if
the
installation was done properly.
• The maximum leveling angle
is
1-2
degrees.
If
leveling more
than
the
maximum
is
required,
re-install the
wall
mount
bracket.
• Make sure
to
confirm
that
the
hook
on
the
wall
mount
has been inserted
all
the
way in.
If
it
is
not
inserted
all
the way in, the
TV
may
fall
off
the wall.
•
When
removing the
TV
from the
wall
mount,
first
remove the cables
to
ensure the protection
of
the
cables.
•
Do
not penetrate the wall
to
install inside.
The
TV
may become overheated and malfunction.
• When removing the
TV
from
the
wall, make sure 2 people
lift
it
up together.
Do
not
apply
direct force
on
the display.
If
the
TV
size is 82" or larger, ensure
that
at
least three persons
work
together.
•
Be
sure
that
the
TV
and
wall
mount
stand are
not
hit
with
excessive force
after
installing the
wall
mount. The
wall
mount
or
TV
may be damaged
or
the
TV
connection
with
the
wall
mount
device
may become unstable.
In
this
case,
reinstall
the
wall
mount
or
consult
an
expert
for
assistance.
•
To
maintain product performance and prevent malfunctions, do
not
insta
ll
in
the
following
locations.
- Places where
there
is
a risk
of
vibration
or
shock: The product may
fall
and be damaged.
- Next
to
a sprinkler sensor: The sensor may detect
the
heat
from
the
TV
and sprinklers may
start.
- Near high-pressure cables: The
TV
may
get
interfered by high-pressure cable and
the
screen
may
not
display correctly.
- Near heaters: The
TV
may become overheated and malfunction.
