Starting NCE (Natural Color Expert)
Connecting the Calibrator
1. Connect the PC IN port on the product to a USB port on the PC using the USB cable.
2. Connect the calibrator to a USB port on the product.
NOTE
Install the driver (which is usually provided with a calibration program) provided by the calibrator
manufacturer rst before connecting the calibrator.

3. The connected calibrator will automatically appear in the “Select a Calibrator” screen.
NOTE
If more than one calibrator is connected, select the desired calibrator in the “Select a Calibrator” screen.
Next, click “Next.”

Select “Prole List” to view information on each prole. Select the Start button to perform
calibration.

Select a tab to perform the desired functions.

If the “Prole List” does not contain a prole, select “Default” and then start
calibration.
If the “Prole List” contains proles, select a prole to edit or calibrate the prole.

Select a prole to preview the screen. Ensure the “Prole List” contains proles.
