Messaging 63
•Copy
: Select text to copy, for pasting in another field. Use the
Directional Key
to highlight the text, then press
DONE
.
•Paste
: If you have already copied text, insert the copied text into
the message.
• Priority Level
: Set the urgency, High or Normal.
• Cancel Message
: Cancel the message, with the option to
save it in the Drafts folder.
6. Use the
Directional Key
to move to the
Subject:
field to enter a subject for the message, if desired.
Press the
Left Soft Key
to switch between text entry
modes.
7. Use the
Directional Key
to move to the
Name
Card:
field to add a name card, if desired. Press the
Left
Soft Key
Add
, then select
My Name Card
, or
Contacts
to choose another contact’s name card.
8. Press
SEND
, or to send the message.
Receiving Messages
When you receive a message, you can choose to:
•
View Now
: Open the message for viewing.
•
View Later
: Dismiss the alert, and save the message in the
Messages folders. For more information, see
“Message
Folders”
on page 66.
•
Reject
: If you have disabled the Multimedia Auto Receive setting,
reject the message. The message is not saved to Messages. For
more information, see
“Messaging Settings”
on page 73.
Tip:
If you want to control when you download multimedia
content, you can disable Multimedia Auto Receive.
