Using Voice Commands
1. From the Home screen, press and hold the
Voice
Commands
Key
.
2. At the prompt “
Please say a command
”, speak a
command. Available commands display for reference:
• Call <Name or #>
: Speak the name of a contact, or a number.
•Send <MSG Type>
: Speak a type of message, such as Text,
Picture or Video.
•Go To <Menu>
: Launch a Menu item.
• Check <Item>
: Speak the name of an item to check its status.
• Contacts <Name>
: Speak a contact’s name to display the
record.
•Search
: Speak keywords to find items on your phone.
•Redial
: Call the last number you dialed.
• Sound Alert Mode On
or
Sound Alert Mode Off
: Enable or
disable Sound Alert Mode.
•My Verizon
: Check your account status.
•Help
: Get spoken help for using Voice Commands.

For help using Voice Commands, highlight a command on
screen and press the

to enter an operator:

While entering equations, you can use these options:
•
Press the
Left Soft Key

or the to delete.

Press the

to enter Left [

] parentheses or raise a number by a power.

Press after a number to change the sign.

Press to enter a decimal point.
4. Press to perform the calculation.
