02 Connections Installing the Speakers on the Tallboy Stand * HT-D553 only - Front Speakers * HT-D555 only - Front/Surround Speakers 1. Turn the Stand Base upside-down and connect it to the Stand. 1 Stand Base Stand 2. Insert small screws (4*20, For connecting Stand & Stand Base) clockwise into the four holes marked using a screwdriver as shown in the illustration. 2 ! Connect the connecting plugs to the back of the product by matching the colors of the speaker plugs to the speaker jacks.

If the auto sound microphone is disconnected during the ASC setup, the setup will be canceled. When ASC function is activated, the DSP/EQ, Dolby Pro Logic ll and P. BASS sound effects will not work. If the product is connected to external devices or other components (such as an iPod, AUX, D.IN), the ASC Setup may not work exactly.
