Key Functions
In the standby mode, enters the Start Menu mode.
In the menu mode, select the current menu or option.
In the standby mode, quickly enters the appropriate menu
as listed below:
• : Main menu mode.
• : Phonebook menu. Shows a list of the whole
phonebook entries when held down.
• : Music Box menu.
• : Message Setup menu. Allows you to quickly
access your voice mail server when held down.
In the standby mode, allows you to quickly access the
NATE service when held down.
Makes or answers a call.
In the standby mode, recalls the last number dialed or
received.
Deletes characters from the display.
In the menu mode, returns to the previous menu level.

Getting to Know Your Phone
Ends a call. Also switches the phone on and off
when held down.
In the menu mode, cancels your input and
returns to the standby mode.
Enter numbers, letters and some special
characters.
In the standby mode, enters or exits the
manner mode when held down.
In the standby mode, locks the phone when
held down.

During a call, adjust the earpiece volume.
When a call comes in, reject the call by
pressing and holding the keys.
In the standby mode, adjust the key volume.
In the menu mode, scroll through the menu
options.
In the standby mode, quickly enters the
Moneta Chip menu.
In the standby mode, allows you to send or
receive data through the infrared port.
Display Icons
Shows the received signal strength. The greater the
number of bars, the better the signal.
Appears when a call is in progress.
Appears when service is not available. When it is
displayed, you cannot make or receive calls.
Appears when you set Anycall SOS feature.
Appears when you set an alarm.
Appears when you receive an Anycall SOS message.
Appears when you receive a new message.
Appears when the manner mode is active or you set
the phone to Vibrate, Vibrate & Bell when you receive
a call in the Bell/Vibrate menu.
Appears when you outside your home area and have
registered onto a different network; for example,
when travelling in other countries.
Shows the level of your battery. The more bars you
see, the more power you have left.
