Then the following options will be displayed.
Play : plays the message.
Properties : shows information about the message,
such as the caller’s phone number, the time and
date the message was recorded, and the duration
and size of the message.
Delete : deletes the message.
Settings (Menu 5.5.2)
You can change the settings for the answering
machine feature. The following options are
available:
Activate : allows you to turn on or off the
answering machine feature.
Screen Setting : allows you to turn on or off the
screening feature, which enables you to listen to a
message while a caller is leaving it.
Time setting : allows you to set the length of time
the phone waits before answering a call.
Record my greeting : allows you to record your
own greeting message.
To record a greeting:
1. Press the
Record soft key and record your
greeting of up to 30 seconds by speaking into
the microphone.
2. When you have finished, press the
Stop soft
key. The display shows the following options:
•
Replay : plays back the recording.
•
Re-record : discards the recording and
enables you to record a new greeting.
•
Save : saves the recording.
