Setting up the VoiceSignal options
You can change the default settings for using the
VoiceSignal feature.
To change the VoiceSignal settings, press the Down
key and press the
Settings
soft key.
The following options are available:
Sensitivity
: allows you to adjust the sensitivity in
which your phone recognises your voice commands.
Choice lists
: allows you to use a choice list to
review and confirm names and numbers when you
use the
Name dial
and
Name lookup
commands.
For each command, the following options are
available:
Automatic
: The phone displays a choice list only
when it is not sure if it has correctly recognised the
name or number.
Always on
: The phone always displays a choice list,
even when there is only one choice.
Always off
: The phone never displays a choice list.
Sound
: allows you to change the sound settings for
the VoiceSignal feature.
Prompts
: allows you to turn on or off the prompt
beep.
Names
: allows you to turn on off the name
playback.
Name settings
: allows you to change the speed of
the name playback or adjust the volume of the
name playback.
Language
: allows you to change the language for
the voice guide message.
