3. You can press the Up or Down key to find other
numbers on the list.
4. Press the
Dial soft key, the key, or the
key when you have selected the number you
want.
Speed-dialling
Once you have stored phone numbers from your
Phonebook list, you can set up to 8 speed-dial
entries and then dial them easily whenever you
want, simply by pressing the associated numeric
key.
Setting up speed-dial entries
1. When the idle screen displays, press the
Phonebook soft key.
2. Scroll to
Speed dial by pressing the Up or Down
key and press the
Select soft key or the key.
3. Select the key to which you wish to assign the
speed-dialling number, from the
2 to 9 keys,
and press the
Select soft key or the key.
Note : Memory location 1 is reserved for your Voice
mail server number.
If you have already assigned a number to the
key, the
Options soft key replaces the Select
soft key. Go to step 6.
4. Enter the first few letters you want to find and
press the
OK soft key or the key.
The Phonebook entries are listed, starting with
the entry that most closely matches your input.
