• Tools
– Sort By : Lets you sort messages by one of the following criteria:
Message Type , From , Received , or Subject .
– Manage Folders... : Lets you create or modify a message folder.
– Empty Deleted Items : Allows you to permanently delete all items in
the Deleted Items folder.
– Clear “Messages” : Deletes all items in the Inbox and Sent Items
folder.
– New Account... : Allows you set-up a new e-mail account.
– Options... : Allows you to change the options for the Messaging.
• Select Messages : Select All messages, All Below this message, or
Several messages to which other functions will be applied.
• Send/Receive : Select to send or receive new e-mail messages.
• Multimedia Msg. Options... : For more information, refer to
“Configuring Multimedia Message Parameters” on
page 54.
Received Multimedia Messages Options
Several message features are available for received Multimedia
messages.
1. From the Messages Inbox folder screen, highlight a
Multimedia message and press the Menu soft key. The
following options are available:
•New : Lets you create a new Text or Multimedia message.
•Reply : Sends a reply to the sender and/or all other recipients, or
forwards this message to other people.
• Delete : Moves this message to the Deleted Items folder.
• Move... : Lets you move this message to other folders.
• Delete All : Deletes all Multimedia messages (unread and read)
from the Inbox folder.
• Delete All Read : Deletes all Multimedia messages you have read
from the Inbox folder.
•Go To : Lets you switch to another message folder or message
account. Select one of the following:
– Folders
– Messages
– Outlook E-mail
• Tools
