Phrasal
Stroke mode
To enter a word:
1. Tap
1 through 5 to enter strokes.
Tap 6 when you are unsure which
stroke to enter, this will insert a
placeholder. A box with pinyins
appears on the display.
2. Tap the left or right arrow in the box
to scroll to a character.
3. Tap . A number appears by each
character.
4. Tap an alphanumeric key to enter
the corresponding character.
English
word mode
To enter a word:
1. Press the appropriate alphanumeric
keys to enter an entire word.
2. When the word displays correctly,
tap to insert a space. If the
correct word does not display, tap
repeatedly to select a word
from the alternate word choices.
ABC mode
To enter a word:
Tap the appropriate alphanumeric key
until the character you want appears on
the display.
Number
mode
Tap the appropriate alphanumeric key
to enter a number.
Symbol
mode
Tap the appropriate alphanumeric key
to enter a symbol.
