Adapt Sound
The Adapt sound feature allows you to customize your call
sounds.
1. From the main
Settings page, tap
My device
My device
My device
 Sound  Adapt Sound .
2. Read the instructions and tap
Start .
3. Follow the instructions to set up your personal call
sound.
Quick Volume Settings
You can quickly change the volume settings using the keys
on the sides of the device. Press and hold the Power key to
change volume settings through the
Device options menu.
The Volume keys also allow you to set the sound volume, as
well as select Vibrate and Mute.
To change volume settings using the Power key:
1. From any screen, press and hold the
Power/End key until the Device options
screen appears.
2. Tap
Mute , Vibrate , or Sound to change the sound
settings (the current mode is highlighted).
To change volume settings using the Volume keys:
1. From the Home screen, press the Down Volume key to
lower the sound volume. Keep pressing down to select
either Vibrate or Mute.
2. From the Home screen, press the Up Volume key to
raise the sound volume.
Note: You can quickly silence an incoming call by pressing the
Down Volume key once. This only silences the ringtone
or vibration. It does not reject or answer the call.
