not work

Ensure that the Bluetooth device is connected to the mobile
device.
•
Ensure that the mobile device and the other Bluetooth device
are within the maximum Bluetooth range (10 m).
•
Ensure that the battery of the Bluetooth device that you are
connecting to is fully charged.
