Use this application to use the Gear Fit as a countdown timer.

On the Home screen, tap Timer .

Set the duration, and then tap .
Drag outside the large circle when the timer goes off.
Stopwatch
Use this application to measure the amount of elapsed time.

On the Home screen, tap Stopwatch .

Tap to time an event.
