Configuring Gear Settings
Voice actions
The settings in this list allow you to select which
feature or app is launched when you speak the
associated voice command.
Changing a Voice action setting
1. On the Android Wear screen, under Voice
actions
, tap the desired Voice action.
The related Voice action pop-up displays,
with the currently selected feature or app
highlight in gray.
2. Tap the desired alternate feature or app
icon. The pop-up closes, and the name of
the new feature or app appears in the
Voice
actions
list.
Adding compatible apps
You can search for apps compatible with your Gear
Live and/or your mobile device.
1. On the Android Wear screen, under Voice
actions
, tap Browse compatible apps .
The
Complete action using pop-up displays
with the following apps available:
•Chrome : Google Chrome web browser.
•Internet : Web browser. For more information
refer to your mobile device’s User Manual.
•Play Store : Google Play Store.
2. Tap the desired app for finding new
compatible apps.
3. Tap the desired action from the following
options:
•Always : Permanently assigns your selection to
this action.
