Window Controls
Select an app window, and then tap
Windowcontrols in the middle of the
windowborder.
Controls
Switch windows: Switch locations between
Multi window apps.
Drag and drop content: Move items
between the app windows. Drag an item to
share from one window to another. Not all
applications support this feature.
Maximize window: Open the selected app
window in full screen view.
Close app: Close the selected app.
Activate Multi Window
Apps that support Multiwindow display together on
a split screen. You can switch between the apps,
adjust the size of their display on the screen, and copy
information from one app to the other.
Note: Multiwindow is not available for all apps.
1. From a Home screen, tap
Apps > Settings >
Multiwindow.
2. Tap On/Off to activate.

Tap Open in multi window view to
automatically view content in Multi window
when you open files from My Files or Video
player, or attachments from email.
Note: You can also activate Multi window from the
Notification panel.
