Warranty & After Sales
Service
Warranty
The purchased 708SC comes with a Warranty.
Check the shop and date of purchase.
Read through the contents of the Warranty and keep it
in a safe place.
The warranty period can be found in the Warranty.
SoftBank is not liable for damages to you or a third party
from missed calls, etc. due to handset failure or
malfunction, etc.
Repair Requests
Before submitting 708SC for repair, consult the
"Troubleshooting" section.
for a solution. If a problem persists, contact Customer
Service ( P.24-24) or the nearest SoftBank shop; be
prepared to describe problem in detail.
During the warranty period, repairs will be made under
the terms and conditions described in the warranty.
After the warranty period, repairs will be upon request;
if said repairs can be made, you will be charged for
them.
Note
708SC files and settings may be lost or altered due
to accidents or repairs. Keep a copy of important
files, etc. like Phonebook entries. SoftBank is not
liable for damages resulting from accidental loss or
alteration of 708SC files (Phonebook, Data Folder,
etc.) or settings.
Disassembling or modifying this product may be a
violation of the Radio Law. Note that SoftBank will
not accept repair requests for disassembled or
modified products.
