3. Registering Printers and Printing

Sending and Printing Documents

This section provides instructions on how to send documents from the

application program to the users (phone numbers) registered with Samsung

Cloud via Samsung Cloud Print, and how to print using the printers.

• The screens can be different from the actual screens depending on the

version of firmware/driver.

• Print jobs will be sent by creating the source documents into print data.

At this time, the generated print data may be larger than the original

documents. If the print data exceed the maximum transferable, the data

cannot be sent.

Windows

Send the print jobs created in a printable application such as Microsoft Word to

the users registered with Samsung Cloud.

Reducing the number of pages to be sent can reduce the size of the print

data.

Select Print from the File menu.

Select Samsung Cloud Print from the printer list, and select the Print

button to run the Samsung Cloud Print.
