Teletext Feature
(depending on the model)
Most television channels provide a written information service via
Teletext. They provide such information as:
◆ Television programme times
◆ News bulletins
◆ Weather forecasts
◆ Sports results
◆ Travel information
This information, which you cannot modify, is divided into
numbered pages laid out as follows:
Part Contents
A Header information, such as the:
◆ Selected page number
◆ Broadcasting channel identity
◆ Current page number or search indications
◆ Date and time

Teletext information is often divided between several
pages displayed in sequence. These pages can be
accessed in different ways:
◆ By entering the page number
◆ By selecting a title in a list
◆ By selecting a coloured heading (FASTEXT system)
You can also store a few pages to be displayed later in
sequence. The pages remain available even after the
television is switched off and on again.
