Adding Widgets to a Home Screen panel
Widgets are self-contained applications that you can place on the
Home screen to access favorite features.
1. Navigate to the desired Home screen, then touch and hold
on the screen to display the

Widgets
Analog clock
: Display the time in analog or digital mode,
set alarms, display weather information.
Calendar
: Record events and appointments to manage
your schedule.
Facebook
: Access and update your Facebook account.
Google Search
: Display a Google Search bar on Home
screen.
Home screen tips
: Display tips about the Home screen.
Widget appears on the main Home screen panel by
default.
Latitude
: See locations of friends on a map or in a list.
Share or hide your own location.
Market
: Browse, download, and install Android
applications.
Music
: Launch the Music Player. (For more information,
refer to “Music Player” on page 57.)
News & Weather
: Combines multiple RSS news feeds and
weather information.
Picture frame
: Display a picture.
Power control
: Set network and power settings.
Poynt Gas Prices
: Display current gas prices at places
you select. Find the lowest gas prices near you.
Poynt Top 10 Movie Widget
: List Top 10 movies, viewing
times, and places near you.
Rate Places
: Assign personal ratings to Places you have
located.
Traffic
: Display traffic information for a particular
destination.
Twitter (large)
: Larger Twitter window.
