5. Allowing Remote Desktop through the DEWE Computer’s Firewall
In certain circumstances you might need to manually create the exception in the rewall to allow Remote
Desktop to be used.
Please be aware that a 3rd party rewall (e.g., Symantec, Kaspersky) might also affect Remote Desktop.
Check those settings to be sure that Remote Desktop is allowed!
Open Control Panel
 Click on the Windows start button.
 Select “Control Panel”.
Go to System and Security
 Click on System and Security.
