Troubleshooting

Refer to the table below when this speaker does not function properly. If the problem you are

experiencing is not listed below or if the instructions below do not help, turn off the speaker,

disconnect the power cord, and contact Samsung Electronics at 1-800-SAMSUNG

(1-800-726-7864).

Symptom Check Remedy

The Multiroom app doesn't work

properly.

• Does an error occur when

accessing the app?

• Make sure your smart device is

compatible with the app.

• Make sure the app is the latest

version.

NOTE

If the problem persists, contact the Samsung Call Center for troubleshooting.
